Thank you so much! I am taking many of these for the chronic illnesses that I developed from sarscov2. But I have been guessing on the dosages. Long covid Reddit has been my resource.
Since supplements are not regulated in the usa, I bought horbach supplements from Germany. I order them from Amazon. They are not particularly cost effective.
I ran out of my n95 masks. Time to stock up. Also, air tight goggles. Even ear plugs.
This is super helpful and I will share. Thank you so much for helping us.
I worry about multi state food poisoning outbreaks. There is no one to investigate cucumbers with coli or killer liver wurst (that boarshead plant sounds absolutely vile). Basically, we are living in a $$ithole country with no public safeguards of any kind. We are a failed state. A state that won’t even protect its children.
I'm glad it's helpful. Yep, N95 masks and the works. Threats are multiplying, and by the time the biggest voices and outlets are "warning" us, it's pretty friggin late.
By the way: If you find the time, kick Amazon's arse, because their german version only has ONE book from you available and I'd love to get my hands on "How To Train Your Demons", have ordered "Go, Get Your Everything" now.
Or if there's a way to get you book without feeding Bezos even more money he can give to the orange Utan, please let me know.
It would be awesome to do a version of this for children. If a family has an exposure to Covid or Flu, how could adults know what is safe to offer children?
One may wish to add milk thistle during times of wellness, and on days when supplements are not being consumed. Milk thistle is very beneficial for liver health. Also, some rehmannia which is known as "the kidney's own food", as sourced through Planetary Herbals, which is a producer that has existed for decades as guided by Michael Tierra, who has experience through a lifelong study of Chinese herbs and plants. That body of knowledge goes back to the 10th century.

I've been told that one definitely needs to check with a doctor before taking St. John's Wort or Echinacea and anti depression meds.
Thank you for the updated list. I've also bought both of the books you mentioned.
Thanks for this resource! I'll try growing some of these when I start my garden this year, but we'll see how well that goes lol.
Keep us posted!
All good stuff to know for the future. Thanks.
And finally in one readable post.
Thanks a lot for your work!

Forever thankful,

I'm moving those books somewhere else. I'll keep you posted. :)

There are books on herbs and children's health if you're able to buy or borrow some! One by Rosemary Gladstar comes to mind.
